Job description

What will you do? As a Production employee food packing, you ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible on your production line(s). Your day starts with the corona procedure followed by: coffee! Then you will hear which line(s) you will be working on and for which meal you will be collecting the ingredients. Many meal boxes are prepared every day, and with your work as a Production employee food packing you ensure that people can enjoy delicious meals in the evening. The work takes place in a cooled environment of around 2/3 degrees.The work is flexible and therefore easy to combine with your agenda. The week runs from Friday to Tuesday and there are 6 shifts daily. At HelloFresh you work with a clock pass. With the pleasant and safe working atmosphere, in addition to hard work, there is always time for a moment with your colleagues. You need work shoes for this position.

• Travel allowance for max. 40 km per trip: €0.19 per km, max. 18 days per month.
• Holiday allowance: 150%
• Weekend allowance: 125% (Sat+Sun: 18:00 – 00:00 hours)
• Evening allowance week: 110% (Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri: 00:00 – 06:00 hours)
• Evening allowance weekend: 140% (Sat, Sun, Mon: 00:00 – 06:00 hours)

Job description

As a packer, you will be involved in the entire biscuit packing process. What does this mean? Conveyor belt work, fast and standing work. Responsible for the complete picking and packing process of freshly baked biscuits. You work on different lines, each line having a different way of picking and packing. You prepare everything for transport. You also work within a friendly team of colleagues. You understand that hygiene is very important. You work accurately and thorough cleaning, ensuring a clean working environment, is also part of the job. You are physically fit, as the work is mainly performed standing up.

Requirements

• Preferably, experience in packing and fine production work
• Willing to work in 2 and 3 shifts: 06.00-14.00/ 14.00-22.00/ 22.00 -06.00
• A good command of the Dutch or English language
• There is a trial day; if you pass this well, you can start working
• Hygiene rules must be observed: no gel nails, no nail polish, no artificial nails, no perfumes, no jewellery, no piercings, no fake eyelashes, wearing a hairnet is compulsory
